Soto Sealing

Saturday, we got to go to the temple to see Marcos and Erica sealed for time and all eternity!  I am so happy and excited for them!  And I got asked to be her escort, which was really special.  I have known Erica since Kindergarten.  Its been so fun getting closer to her through our love of the Gospel.  She is an amazing person and I feel so lucky to have her as a part of my life. 

 So many members of the ward came out to show their support-

 It was a beautiful day in every way!

It's January 1, 2017!

We spent the afternoon yesterday recovering from Cali's Party.

But then, around 5:00 PM, Jeremy and I got our party clothes on, and went out with all of the Miller Siblings to Urge for Dinner.  After that, we grabbed our kids and some ice cream, and headed over to the Compound for a New Years Eve Extravaganza!

I also brought over noise makers, hats and party favors for all the kidlets!

 We had a Kid New Year at 9:00, and put all the littles to bed.  I took my kids home to celebrate with each other and Ramos.  Then us adults, played games and watched the Countdown until midnight.  At midnight ,we took this awesome pic-

Apparently, Brian, Kaci, Jer and I, didn't get the kissing memo!

Oh well...we didn't want to make out in someone else's house...

But we did kiss at midnight and had so much fun with our second family.

2016 was full of ups and downs, more ups than downs though.

Can't wait to see what 2017 brings...

Cali's 15th Birthday Party - Movie Night

Cali and Mia have been planning this party for months!  Yay Pinterest!  They wanted to have a movie night and got lots of fun ideas!

 And they were up all night.  Like literally, all night!  I know, because I heard them, all night!

 They spent the morning laying around and watching more movies.  I made them breakfast burritos and Jer got them doughnuts!

 Around Noon, the guests all left.  Fun was had by all!

And we were tired...

Cali had so much fun, but she was totally wrecked from pulling an all nighter!  She slept pretty much all afternoon on Saturday, New Years Eve.

BK's Blessing

 Its been a big month for this little miracle!

Thursday night, we were able to go and see her be blessed.  Jeremy got to stand in the circle with my Dad, his Dad and Whitney's Dad (and Jim, of course.).

She got to wear the same dress that Cali wore when she was blessed...

 And she got lots of love and attention from the fam-
