Friendsgiving

Our ward has such a great group of ladies.  And they all have different groups that they hang out with, like, Bachelorette Nights, Park Day, Book Club, Game Night and Girls Nite!  We combined the groups and had ourselves a "Friendsgiving" this week and it was awesome!
I am so thankful for food, fun and friends!
So Blessed!

20! 20!!!!!

How the heck is this kid 20?!?!
Like, for reals, how the heck did this happen?
His Birthday fell on a Sunday this year, so we had a big family dinner that night to celebrate!

We BBQ'd steaks and chicken and made 3 different kinds of brownies.
He got lots of fun gifts and love from everyone!

For some reason, now that he is 20, I am kind of freaking out.  He is a MAN.  A real grown up!  I am hoping and praying that he starts doing some amazing things, because that is just what he is!  Happy Birthday Bug!  We Love You So Much!

Saturday Morning with Mantonio and Felipe

Cali tried to get in as much friend time during the break as she could!  And Mia joined us for a sleepover the day after Thanksgiving.  To celebrate,  I took them both to Cafe Topes in Carlsbad for breakfast.  It was delicious and just so nice to spend time with them.
I am thankful for their friendship!
I love them so much!

The Day After...

I got the day after Thanksgiving off.  But I spent it taking kids to Dr. Appts and running errands.  But that night, Jer grabbed Brody and I and we went to see the sunset and take a walk on the beach.

We even got Fish and Chips for dinner.
Thankful for this day after Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving 2018

This year was weird.
Not Bad.
Just different.
Gammy & Papa were in Utah.  Mark and Tracy are going through a divorce, so neither of them came.  Ben & Meish were celebrating with her family.
It was just us, Nana & Papa, Zac, the Sisters and Sister Birt.
Jeremy made his delicious BBQ Bacon Turkey...
The kids enjoyed the interactive table cloth...

And I made everything else!  Like seriously, everything else! So many side dishes and desserts.  I cooked all day.
 But it was worth it!
Even though it felt way different, we still had a lovely time all together...

After the Sisters and Sister Birt left, we all snuggled up on the couch and watched all the Bob's Burgers Thanksgiving episodes...

I am thankful for all of these people.  And all of the people not with us. I truly am grateful for the life I get to live and the people I get to go through it with.  Happy Thanksgiving!

Wicked Birthday!

We were in Portland on Chloe's Birthday!
So, we celebrated on Wednesday 11/21 and started the night with dinner at the Corvette Diner-

 Then we saw "Wicked"!!!

We loved spoiling our favorite Chlozone!  Glad we could make her birthday a special one!  And I love these 2!
