Brody's Disneyland Day!

 All Brody wanted for his birthday, was a Disneyland Day.  Last Thursday, I was able to get the day off and take him.  I let him pick everything we did.  I have missed these days...

After getting our Star Tours Fast Pass and riding Buzz Lightyear, we hit up Pizza Planet for lunch...

 We spent some time in the launch bay, as he contemplated whether to spend any of his birthday money...

 We got dole whips at the Tiki Room after riding some of our favorite rides...

 We got fast passes all day and kept getting great line times on everything else...

 AND COTTON CANDY!

 He doesn't like driving the Autopia cars, but I do!  And we were stoked to get a green one.

 He even wanted to go see Mickey!

 We usually always get fast passes for the Haunted Mansion, so he has never really seen and read the tombstones out back...

 We made a wish at the wishing well..

 And had a yummy dinner at the Rose Tavern.

 He really wanted to ride the Matterhorn.  It was closed all day, but opened just as we were about to leave.  We got in the single rider line and then it broke down again.  Dangit!  He was pretty bummed, but then we decided to hop on the train back to the front gate.  Always a fun ride...

 We stayed until 9:00 PM, and then headed home!  We had such a great day!  The last (12th) Birthday Gift for the Baby Boy.  Love him so much!

Love to see the temple...

 We had a sweet sister pass away in our ward recently.  I had the opprotunity to dress her for burial.  Her children couldn't find her temple clothes, so Hailee and I had to drive down to the temple last Tuesday, and get some.  It was an absolutely beautiful spring day!  She loved it!

 And she may have eaten a flower...

My baby boy is a Deacon...

 Not going to lie, this one hurt!  I'm not sure I'm ready for baby to be so big.  BUT, I am also so proud of him and so happy with what a sweet boy he is.  On Sunday, April 15th, he was ordained with the Aaronic Priesthood.  All of these wonderful people came to be a part of it!  Such a great day!

Our awesome friends, the Nelsons, have a rad condo on the Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach.  For Doug's birthday, we got invited up to join them for some fun!  We headed up late Friday night, and woke up to this beautiful Saturday morning...

 We hopped on bikes and rode to breakfast...

 And look at this view from the condo???

 Around noon, the Jones family joined us!

 And we all walked down to the boardwalk for some fun and treats!

 And Lottie loved me!  Its a miracle!

Then we took the boat out!  Look how cute it is?

 Cali even got to drive the boat!

 We went out to visit the sea lions on the bouie...

 Then we went and checked out the freezing swimming pool...

 After the kids all froze in the pool, we got warmed up and walked to the end of the pier for dinner at Ruby's.

 Our 30 minute wait, turned into over an hour...

 But we managed to survive and have fun!

 The Jones headed home after dinner.  We stayed to cheer on the Ducks with the Nelsons.  Except, they lost.  Boo!

 We had so much fun with our friends!  It was such an amazing weekend and we partied hard!
