San Franniversary Weekend!

 Alright.
I'm trying not to scream while I write this because the photos loaded in opposite order again.  Even though I checked!
So, for our 26th Anniversary, we celebrated with the Bronsons in San Francisco.  We flew in on a Thursday night and checked into the Westin St Francis.  The same hotel Jeremy and I stayed in on our 2nd Wedding Anniversary!
We got checked in and found a yummy Korean BBQ place to eat at.
We weren't on the same floor, but Jeremy and I had a cool staircase where he would hide and try to jump out and scare the Bronsons.
Friday, we ate a yummy breakfast at the Hotel restaurant.  It is fancy and we tried to be fancy too.
Then we took a tour of our hotel.
It was free and it was actually really cool!
After our tour, we went and saw "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child".  It was so good!
Then we spent the rest of the afternoon exploring downtown and ChinaTown.  We got to see a Chinese Celebration and even met Miss San Francisco.  We also met the ChinaTown missionaries right outside their chapel.
We had dinner at a fun Irish Pub and then witnessed the worst dual piano bar performance along with the worst mocktails ever!
That night, we set up in an empty ballroom and played cards.
Such a fun day!
Saturday, we had one last breakfast at the Oak Room.  Then we hopped on a Street Car and headed down to the wharf!  We strolled along the wharf and Pier 39.  We watched a cool street performance and got clam chowder bread bowls from Boudin!
We got passed by a street car when we needed to head back to the hotel.  So, we grabbed an uber and then it was off to the airport.
We had the most fun weekend!  Happy Anniversary to us!

Hooray! It's over...

BBjr's late birthday date!

Almost 2 months to the date late, but we did it!  Dinner at O's and dessert at Handels' and lots of fun talks!  I adore this girl.  HBD BBjr!

Great Auntie Day in May!

Sarah and Isaac and their kids were down for the Mothers Day weekend.  I can't remember where they went, but I go to babysit Eli and Jane while they were gone for a few hours.  Jane took a little bit of time to get used to me, but then I won her over and we had a fun day!

They are the cutest!

Mothers Day 2022!

Oh Man!  I am so far behind in my blogging.  Here it is, February 1, 2022 and I am just now getting caught up!  It has been such a busy year.  I am hoping that I can remember everything and get it down in here.
But here is Mothers Day!
It was sometime in May and it was different than other Mothers Days for sure!  My sweet hubby, Brody and El Guapo, made sure that I got breakfast in bed.
The Bronson girls came over after church and sang to me!  They also left me some sweet treats and cards.
And Brody made me a pretty sweet card too!

Our Stake got reorganized and we are now in the Santa Fe Ward.  We hardly know anyone!  And so, Mothers Day felt a little weird.  But Brody is loving the new ward because our YM program is huge!  And he has lots of friends in there.
Anyways, I was sitting in Relief Society missing my Luke and Cali.  Then my phone vibrated and I got these!

Jenae just happened to be in Palmyra visiting and ran in to Cali!  I started crying and was just so happy that she was able to be there and give her a hug on Mothers Day!  Her daughter is serving a mission too and it made her feel good to be able to share this special moment with Cali, while missing her own daughter!  Tender Mercy!
After church, I got to just relax.  Nana, Papa, Zac, Reagan, and Benny came over.  Jeremy made the most delicious dinner and I got some very cool presents.

But the best part of my day was when I got to talk to Cali and Luke & Gavin called me too!  He & Kristin were not feeling well, but I felt so special that he would actually call me on the phone to wish me a Happy Mothers Day!

It was such a wonderful day!  I am so grateful to be the mama of these amazing humans.  It was a very good Mothers Day!
