2nd Grade Field Trip - Wild Animal Park

I took the day off today to accompany Cali and her class to the Wild Animal Park. Apparently, I have never been on one of her field trips, so it was special to be able to go! Lots of parents ended up coming, so our groups were small. I got the luckiest and just got Cali and her friend Gracie. We got to go off on our own and do whatever we wanted! It was a beautiful day and we had a great time!

BUS BUDDIES!

Baby Elephant!

Covered in Lorakeets!

FEEDING THE ONE-EYED DEER

Time to go! Thanks Wild Animal Park! We had fun!

A Good__ Party (I just can't say it.......)

We had a great Memorial Day! We were lucky enough to have Adam & Becky stay at our house this weekend. And we wanted to spend as much time as we could with them, because they are moving to OHIO!!! Yep-now that Adam is done with school, he is off to do his residency as an ER Dr. in Wheeling, West Virginia. So-Yay for him & Boo for us :(. So to send them off, we had a little beach party at Moonlight.

Good Luck you guys! We Love You and will miss you so much!

My BIL - The D.O.!! Whoo Hoo!

My brother-in-law, Adam, graduated from Med School when we were in Mexico. So, to celebrate, my sister-in-law Mishelle's, mom, threw a Papoosa Party! If you don't know what a papoosa is, it is a yummy food from El Salvador (that's where Mishelle is from). Her Mom loves Adam, because he loves to eat her food! Here are some shots from the party:

Congratulations Adam! We are so proud of you! You Rock!

The Game of Life

When I was little, my brother and I played this game for hours upon hours! It may have been my favorite board game. After picking it up at a garage sale on Saturday, my kids played 2 times! It's fun to see them loving the same things I used to love!
