WonderCon 2015

 The boys have been on Spring Break this first week of April.  Its been a little crazy and I had to work, so we really haven't done a whole lot.  But on Friday, we drove to Anaheim for WonderCon!  We got there nice and early and got our badges.  We had time to kill before our first panel of the day, so we grabbed some lunch at the Hilton...

 Then we headed over to the Convention Center and got our seats in the arena for our first panel of the day, The Animation Show of Shows!

 We had great seats and really enjoyed seeing all of the Academy Award nominated Animated Shorts, plus, the 2 new Pixar shorts and the new Google short.  It was really cool!

We stayed in the arena for the next panel, which was the WB TV.  We watched the latest episodes of Gotham, The Flash and Teen Titans Go!.  After that, we left Gav in the Arena for a Batman vs. Robin movie and the 2 little boys and I headed to the Exhibit Hall!

 Our first stop in the Hall was the Nintendo Booth.  Brody had to try the new Splatoon game that is coming out soon...

 We wandered around and stopped at our favorite booths and discovered some new ones, like this one from the Hollywood Sci-Fi Musem.  Lukey had to try out the Captain's Chair from the Enterprise...

 I got to be a Barrel Rider at the TORN booth...

 These 2 scored some 8-bit weapons-

 Brody hung out with Vader at the 501st Booth-

 We checked out the droids at the R2 Builders booth-

 And got to see this awesome remote control Dalek!

 We walked the whole Hall and got ourselves some prizes.  It wasn't crowded at all and we were done by 6:00.  Gavin was still in his panel, so the littles and I headed out to the food trucks to get some dinner..

 Brody decided he wanted dessert form Mustache Mikes.  He got "dabomb".

 I chose the PorkoRico truck and feasted on these delicious "Skull Island" tacos-

We sat outside, listening to live music and watching all the cosplayers walk by, while we ate.  Gav got done with his panel at 8 and then we headed home.

Only one day for this Con, but it was fantastic!  So glad we decided to go.

Miss Trisha's Easter

 Thursday was my last day with these cuties before Easter.  I usually do an egg hunt.  But now that BB and BBjr. are in school. it was too hard.  So, I hid little buckets instead and they had fun hunting them down...

 These 3 are the cutest and make me so happy!

April 1st!!!

Brody is 9!!!

I ended up having the day off, so I ran to the store early and got all the food the birthday boy wanted for the day.  I came home and made him pancakes, bacon and eggs-

 Gavin had Track practice, so we just hung out all morning.  Then we picked up Gav and headed to Chili's for lunch.  Scrumps!  to the Birthday Boy!

 That afternoon, we went and played some birthday laser tag-

 That night, I made him a yummy spaghetti and meatball dinner-

 Then the family came over for brownies and root beer floats to celebrate the birthday boy-

 This kid!  He is so smart, so fun, so goofy, so loving...and the best little caboose to our family train.  Can't believe he's already 9!

Too Big to Carry...

Cali's Spring Break

The kids did not have the same Spring Break this year.  Bummer!   So, no Wilson Family Road Trip...*sigh*

So, Cali had her Spring Break the last week of March.  I had the week off too, because all of my moms were on Spring Break.  We decided to try and do something fun everyday and have our own "Spring Break Staycation"!

Day 1:  Haircut-

Day 2:  SeaWorld with Caitlyn-

Day 3- Ears (re) Pierced & Shopping-

Day 4:  Swimming at the Ranch on the hottest day of the year!

Day 5, she had a couple of friends over and helped me with Brody's Birthday party.  Day 6, she vegged!  

On Day 7, She got her Patriarchal Blessing!

 And Riley came for a visit!!!  What an awesome day!

 Bonus Day!  She was supposed to go back to school on Tuesday.  But Riley was still here.  I let her stay home and they helped me babysit.  Then we spent the afternoon at the beach!
