Easter Repeat!

My mom's holiday is Easter.  She was bummed, but actually handled very well, that we would be gone on Easter.  We weren't expecting anything, but she had to put together another Easter for us the following Sunday...

Thanks Easter Bunny!  Bock Bock!

It was totally weird just having us there, but still really fun and sweet.
We got in the beach walk-

And after a delicious dinner, Brody got another Birthday!  Yay!

Thank you Gammy and Papa for always making everything so extra special!

The last Primary....forever...sniff, sniff

Bros Birthday

Brody was still on Spring Break when we got back from Oregon.  That Friday, I grabbed his best buds and we went out to celebrate his Birthday.  In n Out for lunch (of course!),
then Dave & Busters-

Hailee joined us all day and wanted a stuffed animal so bad!
Brody let her hold his Pikachu...
We ended the party with ice cream from Baskin Robbins!

 He had such a blast!

Road Trip to Oregon 2018

 Wednesday, March 28th-
We loaded the car and were on the road by 7:00 AM.  We had a nice long drove to Ukiah, up the 101.  Got to our hotel in Ukiah around 7:30 PM.  We were pooped!
Got on the road by 9:00 AM.  Made sure to stop in Crescent City for our favorite Marionberry Smoothies...
 So.Worth.IT!
We loved our sccenic drive up the 101 and had to take the family pic at State Line-
We got to Florence around 6:30 PM!  And the kids did not waste any time getting down to business...
And how beautiful is the view?
And look who else was there!
We spent the night just getting settled and unpacked.  Then headed to bed to rest up for an extended weekend of Family Fun!
Friday-
Brody's Birthday Party Day!
We packed up the cars and headed to Eugene.  We stopped at Sweet Creek Falls on the way, for a quick hike...

 It was magical!!!

 I love waterfalls!

We got to drive through this cool tunnel on the way to Eugene...i love tunnels.
We went to Red Robin for a late Birthday Lunch-
Then we went to have some fun at Get Air!
I have no pics of Get Air, because I just dropped off my family and headed to Target to get some supplies.  But everyone had a blast!
We finished off the Birthday boy's day by going to see-
Becky and Adam have the cutest little theater in their small town.  We loved the movie and Brody had himself a great day!
Saturday-
It was General Conference Weekend.  And after an awesome morning session and solemn assembly, where we got to sustain the new Prophet, President Russel M. Nelson, we headed to the dunes for some sand boarding!!

We went back the the house, ate and watched more conference.  We hung out, watched movies and got ready for Easter, the next day!
Here's a pic of my baby boy, the last picture of him as an 11 year old-
Sunday - General Conference - Easter - Brody's Birthday!
Happy 12th Birthdy Brody Bear!
 And Happy Easter Wilson Family!
Luckily, Becky's house is big enough for all the kids (and big kids), to have their baskets hidden.  Everyone had fun running around and finding their Easter Bunny gifts!

I can't remember what we ate for breakfast, but I know it was good!  We spent the morning watching more conference and eating candy.
Then we broke out the eggs and colored them for a quick, mid-morning easter egg hunt!

We watched more conference and were blown away by all the new announcements and changes.  One Priesthood Quorum?  No more HT/VT reporting?  7 new temples??
It was so exciting!
We had a yummy Ham and Potatoes dinner, followed by presents and dessert for the Birthday Boy!

My Baby is officially 12 years old!  Happy Birthday Brody Bear!
I was so tired, and battling a terrible cold, and these girls were up who knows how long, playing spoons... (this was taken at 11 PM).
Monday-
Clover's Day!
We all kind of slept in.  They we drove to this place-
It was such a perfect, beautiful day!

It was Clover's 8th Birthday and she strutted her stuff with a Unicorn scarf...
Everything about this cove was beautiful!

 I love my seesters!!
And this girl is pretty special...
We had such a fun time all hanging out together at the beach...

We went to lunch downtown, then just the big girls, went "antiquing".  Becky's favorite store was closed, but Cali and Meish both scored at another one in town.
We all raced home and got ready for the main event-
Clover's Baptism!
Cali and Becky gave talks.  The Primary sang the most beautiful song.  She had to dunked twice, because Adam forgot to say her name at the beginning of the prayer.  So many friends came to see her get baptized.  And it was so fun for so much of the family to be there too!

We finished off the night with pizza and presents!
We were up at 4:00 AM the next morning and on the road by 4:30.  It was such a long, tiring drive home.  But we made it home by 9:00 PM!
It was a jam-packed, crazy, extended weekend full of family fun.  And Exhausting!  But so worth it!  So glad we were able to make this happen and make such awesome memories!
