Yesterday, Kaci let me have the day off so that I could help chaperone Mr. Manger's 3rd Grade Class to Birch Aquarium. I really wanted to go because I had never been there before. I got assigned Brody and Avery. They were awesome! The class is studying gender roles in society and as part of science, they are studying gender roles in the ocean.
Seahorses were the focus of the day, because it is the male species who has the babies!
But we got to see all sorts of awesome fishies...
It was a real fun & quick trip! I'm so glad I was able to go.
