Monday, August 6th, (Tracy's birthday), Eli and his parents came home from the hospital. Isaac and Sarah & baby have moved in with Tracy & Chloe. And we got to go over to have the kids meet the little guy and I got to hold him too!
Because it was Tracy's birthday, we brought dinner over and this delicious cake! Her favorite present though, was having her little grandson arrive home!
